Finally, a new home - thanks to Ming

After an almost three-year journey, we are thrilled to have purchased our beautiful new home, thanks to Ming’s incredible support. Following the Auckland Anniversary weather event in January 2023, our family faced a challenging period of uncertainty. In April 2024, we learned we could no longer live in our previous property and had to navigate the council buyout scheme. Our search for a new home began in May 2024. While we experienced a few setbacks, one offer falling through and another property lost at auction, since then Ming has supported us every step of the way, keeping us motivated and focused. We first met Ming at an open home earlier this year, and from the start, she took the time to truly understand our needs. She never sent us listings that didn’t fit our requirements, which we really appreciated. When we viewed 3 Koheru Place, it immediately felt like “home” and ticked nearly all of our boxes. Negotiations took some time, but Ming’s persistence and guidance were instrumental in getting the deal across the line. Her dedication and professionalism throughout the process was outstanding. The only small challenge we encountered was occasional communication gaps, which could easily be addressed by having someone fully fluent in English on the team. Overall, we couldn’t be happier and would absolutely recommend Ming and her team to anyone buying or selling property. Five stars!
