We’ve now bought two properties through Cowdy, and the experience both times has been excellent. Mimi kept us in the loop at every step, communicated clearly and promptly, and made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward. Her knowledge of the market and genuine care for getting the right outcome stood out both times. Highly recommend Mimi and the Cowdy team to anyone buying or selling property in Christchurch.

Always picked up the phone and was on time to any appointments. As far as I am concerned Mimi is at the top of her game and a pleasure to work with. Good honest and practical advice when asked. I would highly recommend Mimi and the team at Cowdy any day of the week. What a pleasure.

Very responsive with any questions and was able to answer or seek the answers in a timely fashion.

We had a great experience working with Mimi to buy our first home. She was friendly, approachable, and really easy to communicate with, always quick to respond and happy to answer all our questions (without ever making us feel silly). She explained things clearly so we always knew what was going on.  Mimi was also incredibly professional and generous with her time, making herself available whenever we needed. She made the whole process feel much less overwhelming, and we’re really grateful for her help. Would absolutely recommend!

Couldn’t recommend Mimi enough in the home buying process. She was extremely polite and helpful, going out of her way to make viewings work for me, then following up with clear, prompt information as I asked for it. She was always available to answer any questions or provide support when required. Mimi really made the daunting, house buying process easy, and I would 100% recommend her to anyone in the market buying or selling going forward.
