Based in Pāpāmoa, Milly joins Bower as a sales consultant serving clients across the Bay of Plenty. Since 2003 she has bought, renovated and sold her own homes, as well as owning and running rental properties. She knows firsthand what it’s like to make big decisions about a property, whether it’s a personal home or an investment. She has overseen renovations, prepared homes for the market and managed the process from start to finish. That experience shapes how she works with every client: with integrity, attention to detail and empathy for what’s at stake.
A pivotal role on her journey was managing four premium co-working spaces with a combined capacity of around 360 people, the largest accommodating 200. She worked with a diverse community of members, kept many moving parts on track, found practical fixes when things didn’t go to plan and made processes simpler for everyone involved. That role confirmed what she enjoys most: helping people get the best possible result, with as little stress as possible. Her wider background in client-facing roles, events and communications means she’s a clear, confident communicator who keeps you informed at every stage.
Her eye for presentation comes from a degree in graphic design, followed by design roles in the interior and fashion industries. She learned that small details make a big difference, and that presentation shapes how people feel. She knows how to work to a brief while thinking beyond it. Milly will help position and market your property thoughtfully, so it stands out and shows its full potential to the right buyers.
Outside work, you’ll likely find Milly in the surf, on the tennis courts or out in nature, making the most of everything the Bay has to offer. She has a special interest in health and wellbeing, and her active lifestyle brings balance and focus to everything she does.
If you want someone level-headed and driven, with a practical approach, Milly is a straight shooter who will support you with clarity and care on your property journey.
