Selling my property was a very difficult and emotional time for me. Milly guided me on how to best present the property, allayed any concerns I had and was very supportive. Her clarity on the package she offered meant I knew exactly what I was getting and what it would cost me so there was no hidden costs. Her genuine enthusiasm was empowering, there was no "smoke and mirrors" only honest regular communication with open discussion. With the heated market at the time of sale it was very tempting to accept the first good offer presented but her experience was shown in her patience to give buyers a set time frame to present their best offer. Her advise to buyers was also clear, there was multiple offers so they were all advised to present the best offer they could so they had the best chance to secure the property.
