Buying a house after 45 years of living in the same house is daunting, but Milena helped us with a quiet professionalism that shines through. She was able to relay information to us easily and without us thinking we should have known that already. All communication was timely and delivered in a way we were able to understand. She helped us by making sure we got the right information about the house eg. the building inspection for one. When it came time for the offer to be made [as this was a deadline sale] she was able to guide us as to pricing, she must be good as we secured our home! Overall, what we thought was going to be a hard arduous journey turned out to be a rather pleasant experience and for that Melina deserves a medal.
