My first experience of selling a home - hardly surprising since our family lived there for 62 years. I thought Mike's contact with me was very explanatory, and his predictions of a likely price showcased his knowledge of the current market, and associated the current real estate climate. I would like to thank him sincerely, and of course his team, for all their efforts. I also wish to send thanks for the beautiful, unexpected sheath of flowers, which arrived on Saturday morning.
