I dealt with Spencer Menzies from Bayleys. I first met at another open home viewing some time back. Then again, whilst viewing the property that I eventually bought at Auction. Spencer is very professional and prompt in getting things done and relaying feedback to and from both parties. Always polite and has a good sense of humour. Easy to work with and I wish him the best in his future.
