We were able to put in a pre-auction offer, and Mike worked with the vendors to bring the auction forward so we had the opportunity to secure the property before auction day. We are so grateful for the effort he put in to make that happen. Throughout the whole process, Mike and Patrick kept us informed, communicated regularly and made what could have been a stressful experience feel much easier. They were both approachable, honest and genuinely cared about helping us get the right outcome. Patrick was also fantastic to deal with.
