Mike was very good knew his stuff
I had very little to do with Mike as I was overseas at the time. However my wife had nothing but praise for Mike and how he managed us and our situation. Like most we had a fairly good understanding of what we were looking for and like most we missed out of serval properties, however Mike remained engaged and found us the property we were looking.
Mike was very knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. When we needed tradesmen he was wonderful at organizing them. When we needed someone at the house for something, it wasn't too much for him to go around and be there. He always kept us informed to what exactly was happening. Nothing was too much trouble for him. We would recommend Mike to anyone as he did the utmost to get the best price as he possible could.

MANY challenges were faced while selling our home including the sudden 2 week COVID lockdown which impacted severely on our auction ! We went over to price by negotiation, open homes and carried on the the normal way. We found the process extremely challenging. It was a challenging sale which brings me to Mike who trough determination, knowledge, persistence, lots and lots of patience came to the party and eventually made it happen !! The challenges were not of his making but no doubt ... the outcome and solutions was ! In the end the purchasing of our next home were also handled by Mike in collaboration with Michele which was an absolute dream, completed within a week. The final hurdle is getting the settlement and move organized but I am sure that if we do need assistance, Mike will be there for us !
