Mike was a referral from a friend, who spoke about his accuracy in price guide and excellent customer service. We were not disappointed, from the get-go. Mike was extremely helpful, honest and knowledgeable about the end-to-end process and taking us 'first time sellers' through every step with considerable care. We were never left wondering as Mike was always on the phone or email letting us know what's going on or what's the next step. Also, as we are out of the country, Mike went above and beyond to assist us with collecting keys, taking videos and photos, talking to the tenants etc. Very happy with Mike and the team at Harcourts.
