Home owners beware - Artizo are interested only in making a quick sale and getting their flat fee. What price your home sells for, does not matter to them. My sister and I were rushed through signing a false document immediately after our auction, which resulted in us paying thousands in penalty fees to the new owner, a foreign investor. As young home owners trying to sell our home, we dealt with three of their 'agents' - Mike Mattson, Te Rere Cleveland and Rawinia Matthews - and not one of them had our best interests in mind. When we raised our concerns with the company owner, Pernell Callaghan, he offered no support or sympathy and basically told us to drop it. You may pay more fees, going with a reputable agent - but, you will be dealing with a reputable agent. Steer clear of these cowboys.
