A great journey selling my 89 year old father's home of 20 years.

We got 3 real estate agents to come and view Dads humble home and Mike hands down was the most personable and helpful from the start. He met the expectations of both generations by being both professional and friendly. He was positive and had a plan to help us get the best outcome. When we hit a couple of hiccups such as an EQC claim not having been completed he was so reassuring about a) what to do but b) best of all he had a network of people he could connect us with to help. Then after a brutal builders report and failed sale he remained optimistic and had another offer a week later. Mike was thoughtful about what we could do to make the house more saleable without being over the top. His commission rate was very reasonable considering how much he went above and beyond for us. We would highly recommend him to sell ours or other friends or families homes.
