Mike did a fantastic job, marketing and selling our home. We had previously tried to sell with another local agent 12 months prior and it was evident after dealing with Mike that his experience and capabilities shined through compared to our previous agent. I would highly rate Mike for selling your next house 100/100
Mike worked hard to get us a deal in a tough market where there are not many buyers in a our price bracket. Mike provided regular feedback on how things were progressing as well as weekly reports.
Mike is a hard working person who also provided competent professional advice to help us selling our property. Mike is highly recommended.
When we decided to sell our home Mike was professional and attentive. He understood the Beachlands market and gave us some sound advice. Our house was on the market for 3 days and it sold.

Right from the initial phone call to Mike about wanting to sell our home to going unconditional Mike was up front, open and knew what the market was doing. We stuck to the process just as Mike planned and we successfully sold during a challenging time in the market. We would have no hesitation in recommending Mike.
