If I was ever to sell this home in The Wood that I've just made my own, through Michelle Sowman, I would ask her to be my sales agent. While real estate agents are, of course, working to get the best price for vendors, I found Michelle was sensitive to my personal situation and the hopes and plans I had, as someone buying 'solo' for the first time. I quickly fell for this wee corner of the city, and, to my delight, I've found myself surrounded by the good, old-fashioned care of great neighbours. Michelle certainly did her job, securing a price for these vendors that was well above the expected estimate. In short, from beginning to end, Michelle made what could otherwise have been a very stressful experience into a straightforward almost rewarding challenge that both we as the vendors and also the buyers ultimately benefitted from.

I am sure Michelle had more than just us buying one of her listings, but it felt as we were the only one. As first home buyers we asked many questions, and never it felt that it ‘took too long’ to get an answer. Communication was clear, to the point and helpful. Michelle was flexible and accommodating. I will go as far to say that if we ever are to sell she will be my first contact to make.
