We looked at multiple properties where Michelle was the agent and every time she was very accommodating and professional. She worked around our busy schedules to enable us to view the properties at times that suited us, which was a great help. She was honest and transparent with the features and fall backs of each of the properties we viewed, and it definitely aided us in making the right decision for our needs. Being our first home, she made the process very simple, talking us through the whole buying process and answering any question we had quickly and clearly. Her non bias approach is a credit to her professionalism and at no point did we feel like she had the vendors interests more in favour thank ours (vice versa). We highly recommend Michelle as an agent and will definitely be using her again in the future.

It was such a pleasure to buy a property through Michelle, if I had a bucket full of money I would do it every day.

I found Michelle to be very approachable and very helpful. Any time I phoned even after hours she would make herself available to answer all my questions. If I wanted to go and view the house again outside open homes, Michelle was able to make it happen. The only negative I think I should mention was that my husband asked for an explanation on a pump which was not disclosed at the beginning and Michelle said that there were other people who wanted the house if we were no longer interested. My husband felt that it was not appropriate for her to say that as it was his right to question to make sure that we were satisfied with everything. Michelle apologised for not disclosing the use of a pump which was good. Otherwise I can recommend Michelle to anyone who wants to sell or buy.
