Exceeded expectations!

We were allocated Michelle after we sent in our interest to sell to Harcourt. She has shown well rounded knowledge of the Timaru region. Nothing was too big or too small for Michelle along the sale process. We are particular impressed with Michelle's communication. As simple as acknowledge receiving an email, which we found lacking in the property manager. It was a speedy 3 weeks marketing and the house was sold at an auction. We are very happy with the result.
