We sold our house will living overseas. Selling the house was relatively easy. The hardest part was the business that needed attending too afterwards which was complicated by distance. We needed to rely on someone on site, someone we could trust. This was Michelle Laming. We asked Michelle if she could help and she basically managed everything on our behalf. For example, Michelle: - arranged quotes from the removal companies. - identified options for storage - provided us with feedback on the state of the house prior to handover. Through this feedback we were able to keep the grounds in good condition and employ a carpet cleaning company. - liaised with the removals company and checked to ensure all HH possessions were moved. - assisted us with an insurance claim for an area of carpet which had been unexpected been damaged by water leaking from pot plants.
