Michelle is always very professional, has a great personality and keeps you updated on a regular basis as to any progress. From the beginning she explained everything really well and made selling our house easier than we anticipated. We will definitely use Michelle again and would totally recommend her to anyone. A+++
Michelle was great . She had amazing communication and really knew her stuff. Michelle was willing to help where needed and in our opinion went over and above the call of duty. Selling a house is stressful and with two little kids Michelle understood this and wanted to make things as easy as possible for us. Michelle has a great energy and is just so easy to get along with. We have now purchased from her and sold with her and being on both sides of the coin I can honestly say she is great to work with. A very fair person of integrity.
Michelle was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Her market knowledge ensured that we were fully informed and prepared. The marketing of the property was first class and ensured that we got market value for our property. If you want someone that is dedicated to your sale I would not hesitate to recommend Team Habib.
I was very impressed with Michelle's approach to selling our home. She was enthusiastic, energetic, and committed to getting us the best outcome. She was a great communicator and kept us well informed throughout the sale process. There was nothing we didn't know about as she kept us well informed via multiple communication methods. The marketing package from Michelle was perfect and she even provided great advice to prepare our home for sale. We were lucky to have multiple offers on our home and Michelle worked professionally and effectively to get us the best outcome. The whole experience with Michelle from TallPoppy was smooth, easy and satisfying and I would highly recommend Michelle and TallPoppy to others. If you want your house sold, for the best price, in the best time, by the best agent give Michelle a call she would love to look after you.
We just bought a house through Michelle. She was very helpful and kept us in the loop and went out of her way to find out how many metres above sea level the chimney is! Found her easy to deal with, Made it a very easy house buying experience!
I found Michelle to be most professional, always well presented and giving sound advice including the presentation of my house which I valued. She explained everything with such clarity leaving me with a great understanding of the Tall Poppy system. Nothing seemed too much trouble for her and she kept me informed of all developments. With a cheerful personality, Michelle was also most sincere which I appreciated. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend her to anyone wanting to sell their property.
From the first contact, we were happy with Michelle's knowledge, helpfulness and professionalism. She took care of everything on our behalf, and was a pleasure to deal with. Michelle kept us up to date with progress, presented and explained our options well; without trying to persuade or hurry our decisions. We look forward to utilising Michelle's expertise again, and recommend her unreservedly.
Michelle was kind, helpful and informative from the get go. As first home buyers with no idea what the processes were, she helped in every way she could, including giving us the opportunity to view the property multiple times and often at a last minutes notice. We are very grateful for everything she did for us and when the time comes to sell this gem we know who we’ll be contacting!
