Above and Beyond

When I first heard of Michelle, I decided to meet her on a personal basis, not business, as I wanted to assess her as a person before engaging her as an agent. We immediately had a connection, and I instantly felt this was going to be the right fit. Michelle went above and beyond my expectations of an agent. She had our best interests at heart and guided us along the journey. Her staging of the home was superb. Although the final sales price was way below our initial preferred price, this had nothing to do with Michelle as an agent and more as a combined result of market and condition of the house. Over the months, she has become a friend, not just an agent. I would highly recommend Michelle Goncalves as an agent to anyone wanting to sell their home.
