Michelle offered us clear communication, which really helped us to know what the process was up to and ensure we could make any changes recommended to improve our presentation for the home to sell. The open homes were professionally managed, and feedback on both sides was used to improve each open home, this made the process a low stress activity, which after 25+ years in the home was important to me
