The process started well and Michelle was good during the negotiation process. However she lost interest when the offer was accepted. From there on she was least concerned. During the final inspection process she refused to talk about some of the highlighted defects and we didn't like her reply by saying these should have been highlighted in the building report not now. I believe the agent should look after both the vendor and purchaser
