Michelle has great market knowledge but also takes the time to learn the details of the properties she is selling. She provides great advice, is quick to communicate and always kept me fully informed. She is very good at negotiating, works hard to get the best price but is also conscious of finding the right property for the buyer. I recommend Michelle very highly.

Michelle knew the property well, she had sold it a few times in its history which meant she was well versed with the history, she was able to guide us with the information she had which we could confirm through our inspections.
