Michelle was nothing short of amazing right throughout the sale of our property. Before we even listed she spent hours appraising our home, advising how to increase its value and then visiting to keep us motivated. In the few weeks we were on the market Michelle kept us up to date with progress and answered my queries regardless of the time of day or night. When looking for a new home in another town Michelle guided us by using her knowledge of the market to assess property values and possible pitfalls of houses we were interested in. Ultimately this gave us more confidence to buy wisely.
