We are what might be called particular or "fussy buyers" with a long wish list - probably annoying to many agents - but not to Michelle, who seems to relish a challenge. Worse still, we were out-of-towners, looking to move from the North Island, which makes everything much more difficult. During an early visit, after seeing three properties that didn't meet our requirements, we had coffee with Michelle and talked over what we were seeking. As she quickly observed, there weren't many such properties in the area we were considering, and directed our attention to the neighbouring suburb. After a period when we saw nothing that appealed, suddenly, out of the blue, Michelle rang to say she'd "Found us our house!" and it was going on the market that afternoon. We looked on-line, had a video viewing the next day and flew down the following lunchtime. Michelle collected us from the airport, let us loose while we inspected the property, and we signed our offer that afternoon. What more needs to be said? The property met our wish list, and some... We are delighted. Michelle was wonderful to work with, and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy (or sell) in Marlborough. Although she was not the Listing Agent in this case, I understand that the Vendors were also very happy that Michelle was our agent, as she resolved a couple of hiccups that occurred. If you're looking for an awesome Real Estate Agent, who is very warm and friendly, helpful (even brought her stepladder when we needed one!) and easy to work with, a great communicator as well as being savvy, efficient and well organised, you can't go past Michelle. She's 5-star plus!
