As a purchaser, I carried out a high level of due diligence on the property I eventually bought, with 3 visits from various experts and a couple of rounds of written questions for the vendor. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Michele to organise and I found her to be very understanding and patient throughout the whole process. Michele’s communication was superb. She always responded quickly to emails, calls and text messages. I needed several variations to the auction terms, and her negotiation skills enabled a mutually acceptable agreement to be reached.
