My husband works night shifts so he makes it appoint that we are comfortable with the schedule, viewing times or even the timing of his calls. He is well aware of the times when my husband is sleeping and he reaches out to me to relay any info or give us an update. He also has this very personal approach with clients. He calls and takes the time to speak to the both of us if there are any issues or decisions we have to make. He doesn’t make us panic.
