We consulted a few agents to get a feel for the market and the possible sale of our property and decided to go with Michael who is always friendly, polite and transparent in his dealings with us. Micheal contineously told us to "trust the process" even when our first offer fell through. He continued to stimulate interest with potential buyers and was able to secure multi offers. The 2nd offer we accepted resulted in a successful sale at the price point we were hoping to achieve. This result would not have been possible without Micheal negotiating on our behalf. After each open home he touched base and gave us feeback on the potential buyers and their comments. He provided weekly reports and statistics relating to the open home. At times during the process we felt despondent but Micheal always had a word of encouragement and even kept in touch when he was on annual leave, keeping us posted on developments. He kept the flow of communication between the buyer and ourselves and was always willing to be on site when second viewings or building inspections were required. We are extremely greatful that we had such a knowledgable agent in our corner during this process.
