Great guy, great agent 10/10. We selected Michael as our agent through the ratings we found here then meeting him. He really is worthy of his great ratings and feedback. Professional yet down to earth. Michael formulated a strategy that made sense and he delivered on our complicated sale. Great communication throughout, always available and engaged. I absolutely recommend Michael as an high performing agent and a great person.

Really enjoyed working with Michael and pleased with the results he has achieved for us.
Michael was extreamly helpful from first inspection to settlement and made the process seamless and easy.
We bought and sold with Michael and felt very well supported through both of these processes. He explained the complex aspects of the process in a very helpful way, he listened and was always available when we needed to contact him. He has proactive approach, and his knowledge of the local market was extremely valuable. We have no hesitations in recommending Michael to others.
Michael has been supportive throughout the whole process. He provided us with regular updates. We always knew where we were at with him. No nasty surprises. He guided us with good advice and no pressure. He even took care of our plants when we moved out of the country. I highly recommend Michael as your agent!
Michael has sold this property and many more in our Oneoneroa Development over on the North Shore. He is trustworthy, knowledgeable and reliable. He is also very generous with his time and always happy to go the extra inch (or mile!) to help. We would be comfortable dealing with Michael as a vendor or a purchaser and we will definitely be reaching out to Michael again in the future!
