Michael Rebagay, we are happy that we found you to help us with our first home. Only on the first day of viewing houses with Michael we found what we wanted. He did not enforce the listings he had available. Infact, he listened and took us to a house that he knew we would love that was not even his own listing. Most of the agents would either ask us to increase our budget or try to force us onto 1 property that they really want to sell. But Michael truly cared about our budget and also the features we wanted for our home. Our offer went unconditional. Before and after unconditional he was active making sure that all sort of communication is being made. He was respectful the whole time. He demonstrated great leadership quality, timely communication, vast market knowledge. We had issues with the listing agent for the house. We have dealt with many agents and representatives but I would say Michael was doing far better job than the listing agent who was actually at a much senior level than him. Thank you to Michael.
