Michael, Michelle, Katie and lots of others. A hard-working,friendly, supportive team with good follow-up skills, often going beyond the call of duty, eg shifting heavy furniture, setting up garden hoses, etc. The extensive process was nerve-wracking for an oldie but if I had to do it again, this would be the team to call on.
