Thanks for your feedback, Fiona and Mitch. While I always aim to provide service that everyone is satisfied with, unfortunately, there will always be a first time for a lower rating. With a longer period on the market through winter, I wasn't able to complete all Open Homes personally. But that is a part of our service, having one of our salespeople there at every opportunity to allow as many buyers to view as possible.
While buying and selling can be challenging at times, it does have to be a fair and reasonable process for both buyer and seller.
