He didn't over-inflate our expectations, or push us to do work, or even buy marketing products which would have a negligible outcome on the value of the property. His team kept us in the loop throughout the process, and went over and above by helping us organise improvements to the property and essential work so that it was seamless as stressless the seller. Marketing reports each week were excellent, with just the right amount of detail. You didn't get lost in the information, but what you needed to know was presented in a clear and understandable manner. Michael and his team were personable, responsive, and sensitive right through the process of preparing the property for sale, marketing, and the fantastic result of a sale at auction. If I was in the property market in Blenheim again I'd use Michael in a heartbeat.
