Great communicator with a pleasant manner.

Michael was always friendly and honest. It has been a difficult market to sell in but we felt we were kept informed regarding the big picture of economics, petrol crisis and low sales. He was quick to react with any suggestions we had re updating the website with our house sale on it. We also have to mention the support of the whole team behind Michael who ended up being the front people when Michael was in Rarotonga on holiday. Chris and Anton kept us informed and were the ones who actually managed the offer that came in. I (Lynn) was out of town as well so this was managed very efficiently via group calls via WhatsApp between Anton, Chris, Alan and myself. Anton was very efficient with "getting on with things" as my availability was restricted due to child care responsibilities. Thank you Anton and Chris. Keri was also very helpful making sure things happened. We found the WhatsApp way of communication was excellent. It made us feel we had an easy access to the team. Thank you to all of you for helping our house sale happen.
