Michael showed an accurate knowledge of the local market. He had certainly done his homework. He listened patiently to our expectations and helped us arrive at a very realistic but pleasing price range. From the first phone calls and our initial meeting, Michael's ability to 'connect' with his clients stood out. As nervous first time vendors Michael put us at ease straight away and instilled us with the confidence to take the next step. We were kept so well informed, with frequent phone calls, messages and even written progress reports. His communication was second to none. He guided us gently through the whole process and we always felt respected and heard. The decisions were always ours to make and ultimately we always felt in charge. Whilst he would offer his professional viewpoint if asked, he never exerted any pressure on us one way or another and was never pushy.
