In what can only be described as a very challenging market, Michael demonstrated professionalism throughout. He listened, he reassured and he just got on with it. The property video captured the essence of the property and I have no doubt brought the people through. The video was beautifully done. We had alot of foot traffic which enabled Michaels thorough knowledge of the market, his confident communication style and most importantly his negotiation skills to produce a successful campaign.
