We really enjoyed our experience with Michael. He never put any pressure on us and took us through the process methodically. He allowed us to do our due diligence without trying to speed things up, which made us feel at ease when buying an older home. I would use Michael again for buying or selling property.
We listed our rental with Michael then left town for 5 weeks. We left him to get it ready to sell..aranging and dealing with contractors on site. He went out of his way to help and get it ready and staged. Didnt sell auction day...but soon after. Very happy with his efforts.
