Prompt responses to questions, good wrap around attention. But verging on nuisance/ pressure when waiting on my responses. Quite pushy, and invasive . I KNOW agents need to keep things moving but the 'rate of push' was exceptionally annoying. Sorry. But I would use Michael again, if intensity of interactions was reduced.

Michael made the whole process simple. He was very proactive looking for potential properties that met my criteria. He was always polite and personable when in contact Throughout the buying process he made it easy to contact him with questions that I had regarding properties he had found or properties I had found myself. He would contact other agents if needed to collect information about a home I was interested in so I could make an informed decision when it came to making an offer on a home. Once it came time to make a serious offer and negotiate the conditions of the purchase.
