When it came time to move on there were 2 things we wanted - Meredith Galliven and Barfoot & Thompson ( so it was lucky she worked for them ) Knowing Meredith personally was a big part in terms of Trust ( a huge thing for any prospectively agent ) and her success as well stood out to us. From day one we had everything explained simplistically. Open homes attracted more views than we thought we’d get at the time (March/ April 24’ )as the market was changing. She followed through thoroughly with every prospect including one group we thought “it would never happen”. This ended up being the group that did purchased our place which included some interesting clauses in the S&P contract. If your on the Hibiscus Coast you simply should not go past Meredith whether selling or buying .
