I have been delighted with the professional way Team Connie operates and they have been available to answer my questions and communicate with me throughout the whole process of selling my house. I was kept up to date at every stage and i found Connie & Mel (both whom I dealt with the most) very approachable. They really cared about going that extra mile to sell my house, which only took 6 weeks to sell in this current market which I understand was not the easiest to sell in. A sense of humour is very important to me and we had many laughs in this process. Mel was available to pick up my donated goods and take them to the appropriate places so they could be passed on to people who needed them. This saved me hours of having to pack my own car many times and transport these items by myself. I would highly recommend Team Connie to everyone who wants to sell their house. Such a hassle-free experience for me with all the support I received from them all.

House sold fairly quickly considering the market but this was due to a bit of good luck and some very competitive pricing on our instructions *felt she was acting entirely in her own interests not ours *only sales strategy was a price reduction *her assistant did most of the open homes not her - thought we were getting Connie not her assistant (no offence meant to the assistant) *lacked expert knowledge of current market conditions (I work in the property sector and had more data and market insights then she did)
