Melissa was outstanding throughout the entire process of selling our property. She was always on the ball, communicated exceptionally well, followed up consistently and genuinely went the extra mile from start to finish. What stood out most to us was that Melissa fought hard to achieve the best possible result for us rather than simply trying to get a quick sale and move onto the next deal. Many agents talk about getting the best price, but Melissa genuinely backed herself and pushed hard in negotiations even when the additional commission to her personally would have been relatively minor compared to the uplift in sale price for us.
