I met Melissa at an open home when we first started looking for a new home. She immediately made a great impression by being easy to talk to, warm, non judgemental and up to speed with what was happening in market. The evaluation on our home was comprehensive and well explained. She then spent the next 6 months or so, keeping us up date on market movements while we prepared our house for sale. Choosing Melissa as our agent was an easy decision. Selling was simple and straightforward backed by a sensible marketing plan - no over spending needed. Open communication made the whole process stress free and when it came to open homes, she worked around us and our family commitments. When it came time to signing, it was pressure free and she supported us with her knowledge around what was realistic price wise etc. She went above and beyond throughout the experience with advice, candles, treats, laughs, lots of patience and more - even showing up to the auction at our new home to simply be a support.
