Melissa was excellent. She was dedicated, prompt, organised and thorough. And she always went the extra mile for us. More importantly for us however was her openness and honesty, we really felt we could trust that she was committed to doing her absolute best for us . If there is one word we had to use to describe Melissa it would be integrity. We are obviously happy to recommend her highly.
