Mel was a pleasure to deal with. She was respectful of our circumstances and provided clear open communication which was timely, and friendly, whilst still maintaining her professionalism. She answered any questions we had fully and competently and did not try to push the sales agenda too hard (whilst still getting the sale!) We really appreciated her professional approach.
