Mel was my manager while working at Bayleys in 2024, and she was incredible. Her attention to detail and industry knowledge meant she always stayed one step ahead. I learned an incredible amount from Mel during this time. As fate would have it, Mel stepped back into the field for family reasons, so when it came time to sell our home, I was eager to work with Mel. And in true Mel fashion, she delivered to the highest possible standard. From the outset, Mel displayed excellence, providing us with quality information and making sure we knew the process and what to expect. Additionally, Mel was very thoughtful and caring, especially towards my wife, as this was the first home for our kids. We weren't selling our house - we were selling our home. One of the biggest benefits of Mel's experience is her knowledge and skillset. We had a few unexpected issues arise from our end that would not be considered common. Mel leapt into action, often working late into the night to help us get these resolved so it would not have a negative impact on the campaign (even though they were out of her control). Above and beyond does not even begin to describe the effort Mel put into helping us. Mel was also more than willing to work with all buyers-agents from all agencies. This opened us up to a much wider pool of potential purchasers. Come auction day, Mel's hard work was very evident. We had an incredible turnout of potential buyers, and Mel worked with all interested parties to achieve a fantastic result for everyone in the room - not just us as vendors, but the purchasers as well. It was the perfect result to a flawless campaign. We truly could not be happier with our experience from start to finish.
