Tenacious right to the end

Melanie showed great knowledge of the market in general and of Hibiscus Coast in particular. She always kept us informed of progress, of potential buyers, their interest in the property etc. It was not always easy for Melanie to decide which one of us to contact (or both). We did have to make sure we kept enough time aside when she called as there was always a lot to discuss. We named the title of the review “tenacious right to the end” as this is how Melanie showed up, tenacious, relentless, following up with all parties to get to the final sale. Melanie helped negotiate with the buyers showing her vast experience in real estate. She sure kept us on the straight and narrow on the ins and outs of selling a house which was much appreciated. We are all looking forward to getting to settlement date, thanks to Melanie.
