From the time we entered the house Melanie was bubbly, energised, welcoming and could answer all my questions about the home, she offered us ideas on how the home could be improved and was forthcoming with all information. Melanie was so thoughtful and frequently reached out to me during the process which was so helpful as I was overwhelmed and needed a bit of guidance as this was all new! She explained every step thoroughly and I always felt as though I was in great hands.
