Asked for an appraisal with a view to listing, agent came round that day. Contacted us a few days later to go over appraisal. We reviewed and contacted agent, who turned up later to sign us up. Photos were booked and listing organised. Went on the market Saturday and open home the next day, with heaps of viewers. We were kept updated on progress via the link to Rex. On deadline day we met the agent in the office to go over offers. The offer we accepted was within the range of the appraisal. Thank you Mel and Leah
