The ladies had a few viewings and ran open homes keeping us well informed along the way Within 2 weeks they presented us with two offers, one of which they negotiated to an acceptable price. We were amazed as hadn't expected any action so soon let alone a sale in this slow market. A shorter settlement date was also negotiated which meant the whole process took less than a month. When we heard of other properties languishing on the market then having to drop in price we were glad to accept their advice based on sound market knowledge At all times Mel and Annette acted very professionally but personably making the process really easy and the experience great for us as vendors Thanks Guys !
