Mel brought a dynamic energy that gave us complete confidence in her ability to sell our home.

We were of two minds as to whether we would put our house on the market as we believed we might actually lose money in the present climate; however, when Mel had a discussion with us over our concerns we decided to go forward and sell our home. Mel made everything happen very easily concerning the marketing, photos and viewings. We were to have our first open home but we had already had a multiple offer situation within three days an offer had been accepted by us. I might add the offer was considerably more than we expected. Mel throughout this time took care of all the necessary requirements and also kept us informed every step of the way. Mel is an awesome agent and I would recommend her to anyone who is considering selling their home. My husband and myself throughout our marriage have bought and sold 12 homes and Mel has stood out to us the most as delivering what she said she would do and even beyond. Mels communication skills are just wonderful and was always so respectful showing how Mel would be able to work with all ages and cultures.
