It has been a real pleasure to again have Connie Cawood and her team take our lovely home through to the point of sale. They are very professional, caring and thorough. The photography of the home and the written comments were presented extremely well and this presentation attracted the prospects in a difficult market. As vendors, we had high expectations in a market that was producing sales below QV. However, after a full six week sales period, Team Connie brought a buyer who not only met our price but achieved a price over 8% above QV when other realities were not. As vendors, we had high expectations, and Team Connie meet these 100%. For this reason we would give Team Connie the highest possible commendation of 5 Star rating.
